Bring the following items with you to complete your FAFSA (grants) application:
Social Security Number(s) , Birthday(s), for Student / Parent(s).
Driver's License - Student (if applicable).
W-2 Forms and Other Records of Money Earned for Student / Parent(s)
Federal Income Tax Return 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, or Telefile for Student / Parent(s).
Untaxed Income Records (Social Security, TANF, or Veteran's Benefits) for Student / Parent(s).
Award letter if receiving Unemployment, or Stimulus money from unemployment.
Total of Cash, Checking, Savings for Student / Parent(s).
Alien Registration Cards (if not a U.S. Citizen).
You will also need to bring a copy of your High School Diploma, Transcripts, or GED.
You will be scheduled to take an entrance exam called the TABE. These are offered on Monday mornings and an appointment is required.
